With Interim HR Support, following a needs analysis, we will meet and agree what support you need, the outcome desired and the KPI’s.

1:1 Coaching

As a Clifton Strengths Coach, we will start with you taking your Strengths assessment (included in the price of your first session).

Then we work out what you want to achieve and go from there.

I have coached business leaders, VP’s, sales, marketing, HR, (actually all corporate departments) and sports.

You can just book one session but I recommend at least two.

Learning and Developement

One of my biggest passions is developing people managers. I have two main programmes; the first is for developing your future people leaders by tuning them into what experiences and skills they will need for getting into that first people manager role. The second is for those already in role and needing the input to either get them off to the best start or to re-fresh for those already established.

I can work with your organisations processes so that what they learn fits from the beginning.
