I founded Harrison HR Consultancy to bridge the gap between high-level corporate strategy and the personal development of the people driving it. Having reached the pinnacle of internal HR leadership, I realised that my greatest value—and my greatest passion—lies in the direct, high-impact interventions that happen through coaching and close partnership.
